This notice covers personal information collected through the Northmoor University website. Student records and employment records are covered by separate notices available from the registrar and from human resources.

## What we collect

**Information you give us.** Application data, event registration details, inquiry forms, and information you provide when you contact us. This includes your name, contact details and whatever else the specific form asks for.

**Information collected automatically.** Standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use a limited analytics service to understand how the site is used.

## Why we use it

To process applications and inquiries, to administer events, to respond when you contact us, to maintain and improve the website, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

## Who has access

Access is limited to staff who need it for the purpose it was collected. Application data is available to admissions staff and, for graduate applications, to the academic staff assessing the application.

We use third-party providers for some services, including application processing, event registration and email. These providers act on our instructions and may not use the information for their own purposes.

## How long we keep it

Application data is retained for three years from the application cycle, or for the duration of enrollment plus the standard student record period where the applicant enrolls.

Event registration data is retained for two years. Inquiry correspondence is retained for two years. Web server logs are retained for ninety days.

## Your rights

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, delete information where we have no continuing need for it, or restrict how we use it.

To make a request, contact the university's data protection officer through the main university address. We will respond within thirty days.

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies that you may decline. The cookie banner on your first visit lets you make that choice, and you may change it at any time.

## Changes to this notice

We review this notice annually and when our processing changes. The current version is always the one published here.
